As a Weaver Business Analyst, you will participate in Digital Collaboration Platform implementation & rollout projects. Based on user requirements analysis you will prepare functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

  • Implement Weaver’s Enterprise Digital Collaboration platform based on user requirements analysis
  • Propose, program or configure, document, and test business solution according to the functional and technical requirements
  • Build professional relationships with clients, management, and team members to ensure the delivery of proposed solutions. support for the development of business possibilities and for personal development
  • Contribute to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reach and realize project aims and outputs
  • Perform Project Management tasks and conduct interactive sessions (e.g. Requirement Gathering, Design Workshops, Product Training) with key project stakeholders throughout the implementation phases base on Weaver delivery standard.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder, fresh graduates are welcome
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Meticulous, well organized, with the ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Excellent English proficiency in both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
  • Team player attitude
